Publisher's Note: A graduate of Western Kentucky University, India came with nearly two decades of experience in marketing. Daughter of two radio station owners, and Owner of Hooks Total Entertainment, she has always been involved in the entertainment business. A vocalist, musician, painter and model in her own right, she is versatile both as an artist and as a promoter of the Arts.

India worked with the Amplifier sales department in 1997 before deciding to dedicate herself to starting a new family and beginning her new business Hooks Total Entertainment. Hooks Total Entertainment specializes in turn key party planning, booking entertainers and renting tents and inflatable games, working in conjunction with her husband Steve's Hook Sensational Sounds which specializes in sound and lighting equipment sales and rentals. With her business booming and their young son reaching school age, India is ready for new and exciting challenges.

In 2001 she took charge of marketing The Amplifier and is the contact for all advertising personnel as well as playing a key role in all other aspects of the creation and publication of The Amplifier. She also is the author of the column India Ink. When she's not promoting the Amplifier and Hooks Total Entertainment India also chairs several civic organizations committees and is AdministrativeVice President of the Bowling Green Warren County Jaycess, a Jaycee and Fair Board Members, a members of B.G. Family Enrichment Board of Directors, one of the Southern Kentucky Fair Chairmen, Western Kentucky University Alumni Planning Committe member, and a member if the Kiwanis and Daughters of the American Revolution. She is also involved with church and other community events, fundraisers and charitable activities.
